lcd televisions

This past weekend my sister was featured on the news as one of the up and coming artists in our local area. She started about two years ago by selling her art at some of the local craft fairs and people have loved it so much that she can't seem to keep up. Until recently she'd been using a spare bedroom as a studio, but she felt that she really needed to have more space, plus something with better light in order to really make the most of her abilities. Her husband gave her a studio for her birthday that he added to the back of their home. It's full of windows, so she gets plenty of light, plus the space is about three times the size of her old studio. She loves it and sometimes spends as much as 15 hours a day there when she has projects that need to be finished.

Not too long ago, she commented on how she really liked the lcd televisions that we had in our kitchen and workshop and how ideal it would be to have lcd televisions in her studio. We talked a little about lcd televisions and how when they first came out they were so expensive, but in recent years lcd televisions have become affordable for everyone. I didn't mention it to her, but I knew at that moment what her Christmas gift would consist of lcd televisions.

For a while, I've been browsing lcd televisions online when I have the chance. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted, and also decided to do some comparison pricing when I was out at the mall. I was pretty certain that I would be able to find the lcd televisions for a better price online, and it didn't take me but about five minutes at the electronic store in the mall to confirm that suspicion. Since I'd already bookmarked the lcd televisions that I was pretty sure I wanted, all it took was a quick trip to my bookmarks to find the Toshiba 15LV505 15" TV/DVD Combo. I ordered it from Electronics for Tomorrow who has a great online store at www.electronicsfortomorrow.com. Even though I found several lcd televisions that I liked, the one thing I liked most about the one that I ordered was that it was actually combination TV/DVD, which would allow my sister to catch up on some of her favorite programs that she's recorded while working. She's going to be thrilled that of all the lcd televisions that I chose this one. I can't wait to stop in and see what she's working on for the holidays.
