My sister and I both decided to home school our children together this year and this morning is our first day of school. We decided early in the summer to convert her separate garage into a class room and our husbands worked all summer to make sure this day was possible. She and I ordered various supplies online, including an LCD television for the room. Our next thing will be hifi audio, but we thought the LCD television should be first and it was. We found it for a great deal online- well I say we, but technically it was my sister. She called and asked what I thought, and the price was great, especially when we divided it down the middle. She ordered it and I paid half of the price of the LCD television and we’ll use it to show the kids special historical events and other school related movies. I’m looking forward to this challenge and hope that the kids will enjoy it as much as we plan to. It’s not something I ever thought I’d be doing, but with my sister at my side, it will be a blast.
