When the winter sets in, that is when we spend most of the time watching TV. My family does not really do a lot of winter activities. None of us really like the cold weather so we spend a lot of time watching our favorite TV shows. For years, we had to all watch the same thing. Now, because of the new LCD television, we have more than one option. This is really good now that my husband is getting ready to watch the new Lost season. I won't miss American Idol, so he use to have to wait until it came out on DVD to watch that season. Now, with the LCD television, we can both watch the shows we want.

I wasn't really that excited about buying a new LCD television. We already had one in the living room. But, how that the new LCD television is here, and set up in the bedroom, I wonder how we ever lived without it. The bad thing is... we've only had it for a few weeks! I don't remember what we did without the new LCD television!

I do remember the day my husband ordered it. He had to come to me for the credit card as he was ordering it online. He went to a website called Electronics For Tomorrow, which can be found by visiting their online store at www.electronicsfortomorrow.com. I haven't bought that much online up until then, and I was a little worried about security. But, the site had some pretty good security measures in place, so I gave my husband the credit card. I was a little bit nervous about what he was buying!

The day the 26" LCD HDTV/DVD Combo Black. Model - 26LV610U arrived from the Electronics for Tomorrow website, I couldn't believe it. I had been pretty upset that he wanted to buyt something we really didn't need, but have to eat my words now. I simply love the LCD television. Not only is it another LCD television, but it also has a DVD player built right into it. For those nights that I can't sleep, I simply watch a DVD movie. Now that the LCD television is in the bedroom, either myself or my husband is watching it. I'm watching Lifetime, or he is watching sports or some other weird program like Lost, Heroes, or 24. It was awful having to watch those shows with him in the living room. But, the LCD television makes it possible for me to never be subjected to that again!
