lcd televisionEver since I got my LCD television for my bedroom, I have wanted to buy one for my kids rooms.  Since it is so easy to hang the LCD television on the wall, it would be perfect for kids rooms.  Getting the TV up off the furniture and onto the wall will keep little fingers off of the screen, which means I'll have to clean it less.  It will also protect them from a television falling on them if they were to pull it down from the furniture.  I hear too often of children getting hurt because a television fell on them.  Mounting the LCD television to the wall will prevent anything like that from happening.

I was browsing the internet the other day looking at LCD televisions, and came across this great company called Electronics For Tomorrow.  Their website, http://electronicsfortomorrow.com/, has many great electronics like car audio, stereos, televisions, cameras, MP3 players and much more.  They make shopping easy by having all items separated into categories.  I found a nice LCD television that would be perfect for my kids, the 15.6" LCD 720p 8ms 16:9. Model - N1630w, by View Sonic.  It is the size I've been considering for them, not too big so it fits in their rooms, the 15.6 inch screen model. I love that this model is on sale on the website, meaning that I can afford it.  This is View Sonic's N1630w 15.6" Widescreen 16:9, 1366x768 resolution and stereo audio system.  I will also buy the LCD television wall mount to hang the TV on when I buy one, so it can be up on the wall and away from little hands.

My kids love to watch movies and their favorite kid shows on TV.  They are allotted a certain amount of time to watch TV, because I don't want them constantly sitting there like couch potatoes.  They make the most of their time slots and watch the best shows and movies.  The one time they can seem to get along is when they are quietly watching television.  That means quiet time for mommy, and that is just wonderful.  I am sure they'll love getting new LCD televisions in their rooms, and will be surprised when they come home from school one day soon to find the new TVs hanging on their walls.  I can't wait to be able to surprise them with the new TVs, and see the excitement on their faces when they see them.
