flat panel televisionThe NFL and the NCAA football seasons are officially over (sob). But I have found a great way to actually relive all of the intense action by using my next generation Xbox 360 video gaming console, a few choice games, like Madden NFL 2010 for the Xbox 360 and the awesome flat panel television that is mounted to the wall in the living room of my house. Indeed, while the season has been over for about a week or so now, and it will not reconvene until around mid-August of this year, my video game console and my flat panel television are offering me at least a little taste of the action in the meanwhile. Of course, there is nothing like watching your favorite teams duke it out in real life on your flat panel television, but when all else fails, and when the season comes to a close, for me, the only thing I have left are the video games and my flat panel television to bide me over the rough waters until the next season begins. And for lovers of this sport, that is the hardest part: waiting through the lengthy off season until the next season starts.

Thankfully, however, there are some really great NFL video games out there that are made to be high definition compatible, which means that if you own a great HD flat panel television like I do, you can easily enjoy playing these great video games while the season is over; essentially providing yourself with some hot football action in the meanwhile. Another thing to note, is that games like Madden 2010 are really amazing and offer some brilliant graphics that make it nearly look like you are watching the actual game being broadcasted on your flat panel television. This game, for example, allows you to play as all NFL teams, and you can even be the team owner or manager, adjusting everything from ticket prices to stadium add-ons, or even relocating your team in attempts to win it all and stay within budget. And of course, the game play is first rate (especially on a flat panel television) and the announcers are pretty on the money; there is even a half time show! If you are wondering where you can find copies of this great game online, I can point you in the right direction of a store that has some in stock. The store is called Electronics For Tomorrow, located online at: http://electronicsfortomorrow.com.
