The saying life is short was my inspiration for creating a bucket list on a lazy Saturday afternoon. There are plenty of things I’d like to do that I have yet to like skydiving, flying in a jet, backpacking Europe, etc. I came up with a pretty long list of items but knew there were other activities, sights and experiences I was forgetting. That is when the LCD television my roommate purchased from Electronics For Tomorrow came into play. Between travel, science, history and food channels, there are all sorts of inspiration with the many shows. I sat back watching an international real estate show about a middle age male investment banker who was looking for a vacation property in Thailand. The lush scenery, friendly people, and culture had me adding Thailand to the travel portion of my bucket list.
After it was all said and done most of the items on my list had to do with travel. It got me thinking about transforming all those foreign places I’d been seeing on the flat panel television into reality. LCD televisions are great for inspiration.
