On Valentine's Day my husband and I went out, like we always do on that day of Love, to a fine dining restaurant. It was a wonderful evening, both of us were dressed up to the nines and really enjoyed each others company. The meal was delicious and the time together cherished. We had the kids staying at a sitter's house, so we came home to enjoy the quiet house instead of going to a movie. Since we have a widescreen LCD television, we figured we could watch a movie on that instead. After we came home, we put on our fireplace DVD to watch on the LCD television and enjoyed a glass of wine. Then we chose one of our favorite romantic comedies to watch together. Since the kids were not home, we enjoyed the quiet house and our movie together so much. It was more romantic than going to a theater, because it was just the two of us, not a crowd of strangers. Watching the movie on the LCD television was a wonderful way to end a romantic evening.
