lcd television, home theater 5.1The LA Lakers hosted the smoldering Phoenix Suns last night for the first game of the Western Conference finals. I had my Nash shirt on and the LCD television polished for this Monday night event. Winning four straight against the Spurs in the previous round gave me confidence Phoenix could come in and win their first meeting. It is hard to be a fan of a team everyone who isn’t has no faith in. By the 3rd quarter, when Kobe and Gasol were red hot my roommate walked by and asked if I really thought the Suns could win. That really ticked me off and I listed some Suns stats proving why they could.

By the end, LA won because Phoenix could not hit behind the arc. Nash had a rough game but Lopez proved he is back and ready to win. It was a tough few hours on the LCD television. The home theater 5.1 system I bought online displayed post game dismay from Amare and broadcasters like Reggie Miller about the Phoenix performance. Game 2 will be different; it has to be.
