Last night I was at the movies with my best friend for the first time in a while, and I noticed that they’ve placed an LCD television in the foyer, which shows previews for upcoming movies. I personally thought this was a fantastic idea, because it would allow us to see previews on the LCD television that may not be showing in the particular movie we were seeing. Sure enough, that was the case and I was able to see the previews for three movies that I definitely want to see when they come to our local theater.
Seeing the clear picture on the LCD television made me think that maybe it was time I gave in to my husband’s wishes and ordered one for our living room. He’s been asking for one for a while, but I couldn’t see spending the money when our current TV is still working fine. I think sometime in the next couple of days I’ll be spending a little time online searching for great deals on an LCD television, since I know that’s where the best deals can be found.
