My best friend called me last night and said that her son called from college to ask if he could have a LCD television. I couldn’t help but smile as she was talking about it because she said that it seems like every time she turns around she has yet another college related expense. I let her vent a little while and asked if she’d started looking for an LCD television and she said no. I knew this was an area where I could help her so offered to grab my laptop while we were talking and see what kind of deal I could find on a 32 inch LCD television. She was happy for my help and while we talked about the upcoming Christmas holidays and planning Thanksgiving recipes I was able to find a great price on a LCD television for her. I shared the information and I could tell that she was impressed by the price, so I sent her the link and told her that if she ordered it that it would be delivered to her doorstep and that she wouldn’t have to do anything but deliver it and set it up for her son. She said I was a God send and I think she ordered it.
